Your PIN is valid for 1 month from date of issue.

After one month, the PIN expires and you will forfeit your qualifying reward.

The reward entitles you to either a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month Spotify subscription, depending on the reward allocated once you win.

Spotify vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

The Spotify voucher is redeemable only on the Spotify platform and may require the creation or use of an existing Spotify account.

1. Log In to Spotify: Open the Spotify app or go to the Spotify website and log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one.

2. Access Your Account: On the Spotify website, click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select “Account” from the dropdown menu. On the app, you might need to go to “Settings” and then “Account.”

3. Find the Redeem Section:

Website: Once you’re on the “Account” page, look for a link that says “Redeem” or “Redeem a gift card” on the sidebar or under “Your Plan.”

App: On mobile devices, you might need to go to the “Settings” menu, then “Account,” and look for an option related to redeeming a code.

4. Enter the Voucher Code: You’ll be prompted to enter the code from your Spotify voucher. Type it in exactly as it appears, including any dashes.

Submit and Confirm: Click the “Redeem” button (or equivalent) to apply the voucher to your account. You should receive a confirmation that the code has been successfully redeemed, and your account will be credited accordingly.

Check Your Subscription: If it was a voucher for a premium subscription, verify that your account now reflects the updated status.

Spotify vouchers are intended for single use only. Once redeemed, they can't be used again.
